We run four coached training sessions for senior members per week. The weekly locations and times for these sessions are;
Mondays - 7pm - Coole Park from 9th April - Easy run
Wednesdays - 7pm - Coole Park from 11th April - Interval / Speed training
Thursdays - 6pm - Ballinderreen GAA grounds - Sprint Training - 100m to 500m sprints
Saturday - 8.00am - from 7th April 2018 -Walled Garden Car Park, Coole Park, Gort, Co Galway - Long easy run
We also run regular alternative training and information sessions for members including; circuits, strength and conditioning, stretching, trail running, plus much more.
